Scott Kendall is an experienced litigator and appellate advocate who brings a depth of expertise as a strategic consultant. He is well known for his work across political parties to design approaches that bring positive results and disrupt negative outcomes. He also provides guidance in matters related to campaign and election law and representing organizations and individuals in proceedings before the Federal Elections Commission. In 2010, Scott was counsel to U.S. Senator Lisa Murkowski’s historic, and successful, write-in campaign for reelection. From 2015 to 2016, Scott served as Campaign Coordinator for Senator Murkowski’s successful 2016 reelection campaign. From 2016 to 2018 Scott served as Chief of Staff to Alaska Governor Bill Walker. Scott has also authored ballot measures and defended them in court. In 2020, Scott drafted and defended Alaska’s Ballot Measure 2, and helped lead the successful Yes on 2 campaign. He continues his work to bring about better and fairer elections across the country.
