Kimberly Manecke serves as chief-of-staff to The Institute for Political Innovation’s co-executive directors where she supports the overall functional, strategic, and operational direction of IPI and IPI Action Fund.

Kimberly brings more than a decade of professional experience spanning both public and private sectors where she was a trusted advisor and strategic thought partner to high-ranking politicians and business leaders, including the President & Chairman for the Export-Import Bank of U.S., then-Speaker of the House Paul Ryan, and the General Counsel and Chief Litigation Counsel of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

Kimberly currently resides in the Chicago suburbs and is a proud UW-Madison alum, where she obtained two bachelor’s degrees, one in Political Science and the other in Legal Studies.
