Rachel serves as key support to Chair Katherine Gehl and works to optimize and accelerate IPI’s exposure, impact, and leverage. In managing IPI’s digital outreach, she is the first point of contact for potential partners interested in bringing innovation to their state’s congressional elections. Rachel also coordinates projects that contribute to advancing IPI’s strategic priorities, including theory and scholarship, state campaigns, and national network development.
Prior to joining IPI, Rachel worked to strengthen the voting power of citizens overseas at Democrats Abroad. Rachel also served as the Head of Campaign Outreach and as a Staff Writer at Women to Win, a nonprofit that advocates for female candidates. She has volunteered with several congressional campaigns.
Rachel has a bachelor’s degree in Politics and Sociology from Newcastle University in the U.K.
