Sara Eskrich serves as Senior Advisor to IPI and as the Executive Director of Democracy Found in Wisconsin. She advises on strategy and state campaigns to advance Final-Five Voting. Sara previously served as Katherine Gehl’s Chief of Staff and has been working on political innovation since 2018. Sara previously served on the Madison Common Council and worked on health policy in the public and private sectors. Sara is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison and holds a Masters of Public Affairs from the Robert M. La Follette School and Masters of Public Health from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health.
